A haven is a place of shelter and safety. My vision for this blog is to evolve into a community for those in recovery to find support and resources.

I’m a freelance writer and a grad student working on becoming¬†an LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor). I’ve been in recovery for 7 years and I’m sober 3 years.
